Exciting Moment...
So, i have been a absolute stress case lately. One of the contributing factors is a scholarship i applied for. It is a health occupation scholarship to UVU, it is offered by the Eagles. The Eagles is a local organization that does a lot of charity things. So, i applied and heard back that i would be called to have an interview. Well, then i heard a rumor that there were only 4 people that applied so i was excited. But...i soon found out those other 3 people are my really good, good friends. How AWKWARD. I totally thought i had "lost" because these other friends of mine won HOSA (health occupational students of America) club state competition and went to national competition two years in a row and they are VERY smart girls with a lot more healthcare experience than i have. So i went to my interview and thought it went pretty good. But still didnt think i had it. Keep in mind this has been going on all this month...so i have been walking on eggshells. But today the Eagles called me and told me i "won". YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That helps me so much with paying for college! But .. .. .. i think i have survivers guilt. I feel awful for my friends. I know they really dont care at all but i wanted them to have it! Luckily we are all such good buddies we dont even treat it as an awkward situation. Anyway, i am very happy that i got the scholarship, now i go to their banquet this saturday and receive the scholarship. Anyway, thank you to everyone who helped me with it. There were a few people who wrote me letters of recommendation and said a lot of nice things about me...THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!! Also, a HUGE THANKS to just the people who have been putting up with me through this stressful month. So busy with graduation. But dont worry, i decided i will do my best at everything i have going on and just ENJOY life! (By the way, the picture below is random and was taken recently...it is very embarrassing but it fits my life quite well the past few weeks-stressful but yet so silly and fun! Dont make fun of me...its not glamorous, i know!!)

Softball Season & Lucy's Birthday!
So, softball season has officially begun, one of the best parts so far has just been playing outside in the lovely sunshine! I love softball! This is my last year playing with Pleasant Grove Rec. and then i have to play on adult teams so it should be a fun year! I am on a team with quite a few new girls that i haven't ever played with, but then again, i do have a few of my old team members that i have played with for years and i do like my coach. I think it is going to be a lot of fun. Between my second basemen, Angel always almost getting thrown out of the games because of her temper-which i love dont get me wrong, it is humerous to watch and Amanda who usually plays wherever she is needed and just goofing off. We have TONZ of fun but we also play hard. Everyone knows the klutz i am so i usually get hurt in the first few practices and games haha! Our games start in a few weeks but we are practicing ike crazy, which makes it kind of hard because we have 2 practices a week one of which is on tuesday and tuesday i have young womens so for the next few months i will be going straight from practice in my uniform and all to young womens. But i dont want to miss either things so i'll make it work even if i am all dirty and gross at young womens! I play first base and i just love it! It is a lot of fun!
LUCY'S BIRTHDAY!
Yesterday (April 21st) was my puppy Lucy's first birthday. I cant believe she is one years old! When we first got her which was in June she could fit in one of my hands. I remember carrying her around with one hand everywhere i went! Now, it takes both of my hands & arms to pick her up but i still carry her around like before. She is such a funny dog. She has quite the attitude. I could write a book on all of the mischievious things she does...there are so many. She is also a good dog though, she is very smart and learns fast. She loves to go for walks and be outside, she loves the snow (she loves to eat it) and she loves the sun...she will just lay outside for hours. Her favorite things to do are...first thing in the morning she will run onto my bed and walk up on my chest and lick my face as i push her off, it isn't a very pleasant feeling when you are still asleep. But then she just lays down right next to me...she gets so excited about every little thing, i love it! She also loves to play with her toys. She always is dragging around sticks 3 times her size or she gets walnuts and carries them around everywhere she goes. She loves to play with her tug-a-war rope. Also, the "squeaky" toy is her favorite, she'll just walk around squeaking it all by herself and come up to you and squeak it right in your face until you play with her. She is a great dog and i love playing with her! It is fun to have MY own dog even though it can be a lot of work, especially with her but she is great! Now that she is one....we are headed for the terrible twos! She does so many naughy things but then the good things usually make up for it! Like, the picture below, how cute of a dog to smell the flowers...until she ate one of them. Haha! ;)

Spring Break!
Spring Break was a lot of fun even though it snowed! The highlight of coarse was being 2 feet away from Kyle Korver and just going to the Jazz game, but i already talked about that ;). I did a lot of fun things with friends...in fact too many to explain. Lets just say we had a great time!!! I cant believe there is only 5 weeks until i graduate...crazy! Here are some random/crazy pictures documenting

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OKAY.....So you all know that i have been counting down the days until the Jazz game. Well, it was last night. Caecee, Alyssa, Fid (Jen), and I went. We went early and went down to the floor to watch them warm up. We were all so giggly and i seriously almost passed out. Kyle Korver (KK) totally gave us the nod, it was awesome. So then when the game started we went up to our seats which were on the 5th row upper bowl-not bad. During the 3rd quarter we were on the jumbotron dancing lol! I have never been on the jumbotron before but we were! It was so much fun! We were dancin' to "shake, shake, shake it" and waving our huge Jazz sign that Alyssa made. Okay, so the Jazz did win so that was good. After the game we went outside to wear the players leave in their cars to try and get some pictures...well we did! We say a lot of players but most of them you couldnt see cuz of their tinted windows! We clearly saw Memo Okur, Coach Jerry Sloan, D-Will, previous player Jeff Hornacek, and the AMAZING Kyle Korver. Yes, i was literally 2 feet away from him. I touched his car and i could hear him talk. The pictures of him in his car arent even zoomed in, i was so close! Alyssa got his autograph, Caecee touched him, Jen and i were too busy snapping pictures but we were right there, i'm still a little star struck. It was awesome, it was SUPER fun! KK is just soooo fine! Anyw
ay, overall the game was absolutely AMAZING, it really was one of the funnest things i have ever done before! All i can say is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I have a lot of pictures of the other players during the game and many more of them all leaving in their cars, I took TONZ of pictures but i'm only going to post a few of my favorites.....
